Main Responsibilities
– Guide clients through their talent strategy, aligning needs with the right candidates
– Own the full recruitment cycle – from the first call till the first day on a new job
– Track and analyze metrics to drive continuous improvement
Mandatory Requirements
– Deep knowledge of IT recruiting
– Excellent written and verbal communication; discretion, tact, and diplomacy are non-negotiable
– Genuine interest in building a recruiting career and developing your skills
– Intermediate English or higher

– ATS experience
