Main Responsibilities

– Plan, coordinate, and drive execution of hardware and software development projects.

– Build and maintain project plans, timelines, priorities, and resource allocation.

– Coordinate the work of cross-functional teams, including Hardware, Embedded, Software, RF, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, QA, and Operations.

– Monitor project progress, identify risks and bottlenecks, and proactively implement mitigation plans.

– Facilitate communication between technical teams, management, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.

– Track project KPIs, prepare status reports, and provide regular updates to leadership.

– Coordinate prototype development, testing activities, validation, and release readiness.

– Ensure project documentation is complete, structured, and up to date.

– Support continuous process improvements to increase development efficiency and predictability.

– Help prioritize engineering activities while balancing scope, timelines, quality, and available resources.

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in a technical, engineering, hardware, or R&D environment.

– Experience managing cross-functional engineering projects involving hardware and software development.

– Strong project planning, prioritization, and organizational skills.

– Practical experience with risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communication.

– Ability to understand technical discussions and effectively coordinate engineering teams without being an individual contributor.

– Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or similar.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

– Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

– Fluent English and Ukrainian.
