Marketing & Growth Analyst (Data & Product Analytics Focus)

Main Responsibilities

– Own and deliver end-to-end local growth and product analytics projects with high level of ownership, working with the HQ (Spain) and the cross-functional teams (Loyalty & Promo, Prime, Pricing, Commercial and Q-commerce) for a seamless implementation;

– Be the country point of contact for Pricing, Retention and Loyalty programs as well as Priority Cities growth ad-hoc projects;

– Analyze user behavior, product funnels, and cohort performance to identify growth and retention opportunities;

– Translate data into clear insights and actionable recommendations;

– Take ownership of the growth and product reporting OKRs building and maintaining customized reports using existing and new datasets;

– Build and maintain SQL queries, reports, and dashboards to support business decisions;

Mandatory Requirements

– 2+ years of experience in data analytics or product analytics;

– Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets and user/product data;

– High proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets;

– Fluent English (must-have) for daily communication with HQ teams (spoken and written);

– Strong communication and presentation skills, with ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders (including HQ in Spain);

– Understanding of key product and growth metrics (retention, churn, conversion) and ability to derive insights from them;

– Experience with BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude) or ability to quickly adapt to new tools;

– Basic knowledge of Python (or willingness to learn);
