Head of Product – iGaming/Betting

Main Responsibilities

– Strategic Leadership: Assume full ownership of a designated product area within the iGaming/betting landscape, defining its strategic importance and evolutionary path. Establish and monitor key performance metrics to guide success and lead continuous improvement initiatives
– Team Collaboration: Be the face of the team in strategic communications with cross-functional units and stakeholders
– User Engagement: In partnership with other teams, conduct and oversee user research, testing, and interviews to derive actionable insights for product enhancement
– Data-Driven Decisions: Work closely with product analysts to analyze product usage data, customer journey maps, and conversion funnels and formulate hypotheses for growth
– Backlog Management: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, running experiments to optimize product metrics based on research findings and data analysis
– Cultural Ambassador: Promote a product-driven culture within the organization, emphasizing customer-centricity and collaborative approaches to product discovery and delivery across all departments

Mandatory Requirements

– At least 2+ years in a Product Manager role within the iGaming/betting industry
– Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and relationship-building skills
– Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams
– Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Experienced in product analytics and familiar with experimentation methodologies like A/B testing
– A genuine passion for the iGaming/betting sector
– Desirable: Experience in B2C web & mobile products, Service Design/Human-Centered Design/Customer Development methodologies. Knowledge of sportsbook, e-commerce, or related fields is a plus. CRM expertise and experience with multi-market products are advantageous
– Language: Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level or higher
