As a core part of this ecosystem, they are aggressively scaling MilX — specialized financial infrastructure built for the creator economy. With proven Product-Market Fit and a strong global partner base, MilX operates across two high-impact verticals:

  • MilX Banking — elite fintech infrastructure tailored for high-revenue creators
  • MilX for Business — a CRM & ERP ecosystem built specifically for creator-led companies and agencies

The company is moving from early traction to systematic scaling and needs a Revenue Architect to build their Revenue Operating System: taking existing momentum and turning it into a predictable, high-output engine.

Main Responsibilities

– Define and execute the GTM roadmap for acquisition, activation, and retention across global markets (US, LATAM, EU)
– Identify and close high-value B2B partnerships with MCNs, agencies, and creator networks — this is the primary focus
– Implement robust outbound and ABM systems (LinkedIn, direct outreach, strategic partnerships)
– Structure the full sales process from lead generation to closed-won to account management
– Scale B2C creator acquisition globally through paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google) and organic loops
– Build influencer and ambassador programs that convert users into advocates
– Own brand and positioning — ensure MilX is the most trusted name in creator fintech, with messaging that resonates from individual YouTubers to corporate agency CEOs
– Hire, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth team; own the budget, KPIs, and ROI

Mandatory Requirements

– English proficiency: C1 (Advanced) — required for global communication
– 7+ years of leadership in Growth or Sales, ideally in Fintech, SaaS, or the Creator Economy
– Proven “0 to 1” experience: built a revenue system from scratch, not just managed an existing one
– Deep expertise in unit economics: LTV/CAC, payback periods, and data tools (HubSpot, Mixpanel, GA4, Appsflyer)
– Track record of scaling international markets, specifically the Americas and Europe
– Solid fintech literacy: payment flows, cross-border fees, and financial pain points
– Founder mentality: bias toward action, full ownership of the P&L
– Hybrid leader profile: experience in both high-velocity B2C growth and high-touch B2B enterprise sales
– Ability to shift between strategy (12-month roadmap) and execution (closing deals, writing ad copy)
