Main Responsibilities
— Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities, identifying underperforming channels, and providing recommendations for optimization.
— Developing and maintaining financial models to forecast the return on marketing investments.
— Conducting comparative analysis of costs and revenue across various marketing campaigns and channels.
— Monitoring KPIs by comparing actual performance with targets and identifying deviations.
— Planning and controlling the execution of marketing budgets, ensuring spending stays within approved limits.
— Reviewing and approving financial documents related to marketing expenses (invoices, acts, contracts).
— Identifying and analyzing budget variances and preparing proposals for cost adjustments.
— Automating and optimizing expense control processes to improve budget transparency and management.
Mandatory Requirements
— Experience: 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, marketing finance, or cost control, preferably in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment.
— Analytical Skills: Strong ability to collect, process, and analyze financial and marketing data, including ROI, CPL, CAC, and other key performance metrics.
— Financial Modeling & Budgeting: Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting for marketing activities.
— Data-Driven Decision-Making: Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and providing recommendations for cost optimization.
— Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), Google Sheets, and financial reporting tools; experience with BI systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
— Attention to Detail: Strong ability to monitor financial documentation (invoices, contracts, acts) and ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.
— Process Automation & Optimization: Experience in automating expense tracking and control processes to enhance budget transparency and efficiency.
