Executive Producer – Casual Game Studio
Main Responsibilities
Product Management:
— take responsibility for a portfolio of games from development through to launch and support on mobile platforms
— establish and monitor KPIs for each product under your management
— monitor and report on the progress of development and the performance of titles in line with established KPIs
— oversee and update project management documents for all initiatives
— facilitate the process for meeting milestones and securing approval for partner collaborations
— uphold a dedication to excellence, ensuring the quality of products is paramount, even when faced with time constraints
Team and Process Management:
— manage the backlog for the internal development team
— strategize the prioritization of the backlog across various projects, platforms, and launches
— coordinate daily operations with Producers overseeing individual products
— cultivate and sustain partnerships with both in-house and external stakeholders
— enhance and refine operational processes to boost efficiency across multiple projects
Strategic Leadership and Communication:
— serve as a guiding figure within the Studio, embodying and promoting its core values
— foster a culture of empowerment and responsibility through example-setting, mentoring, and support
— plan and develop comprehensive roadmaps and strategies for all managed titles
— ensure upper management is well-informed about future plans, ongoing activities, and achieved outcomes
Mandatory Requirements
— at least five years of experience in production roles within the gaming industry
— proven track record in launching and refining casual games
— skilled in utilizing business intelligence for strategic decision-making in both business and game operations
— demonstrated ability in leading and mentoring team members
— proficient in communicating and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
— strong background in fostering and maintaining relationships with diverse, cross-functional teams
— capable of orchestrating and implementing strategies for multiple projects concurrently
— comprehensive knowledge of the entire game development lifecycle
— adept at forecasting timelines and resources for complex projects
— well-versed in the casual games market, including audience preferences, competitive dynamics, and industry trends
— familiar with developing games for emerging platforms
— comfortable working with and within remote teams
— knowledgeable about Live Operations strategies
