Main Responsibilities

– lead management: Efficiently process incoming requests from various channels (website, Upwork, referrals, etc.), taking ownership of leads, warming up potential clients, and performing diligent follow-ups

– lead qualification: Conduct thorough profiling and qualification of leads to ensure alignment with our services and capacity, including understanding client needs, project scope, and budget considerations

– client engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, presenting Eventyr in the best possible light to make clients keen to engage our services

– pre-sales coordination: Supervise and drive the pre-sale team, providing them with necessary input data for crafting proposals, ensuring the final proposals align with client expectations and company standards

– deal closure: Lead in presenting proposals to clients, addressing any concerns, and negotiating terms to successfully close deals

Mandatory Requirements

– 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the software development industry, with specific experience in mobile, web, and game development

– exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present and persuade at all levels of an organization
– experience in supervising teams and coordinating pre-sales activities
– ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
– fluent English

Will be a plus:
– bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
– higher education in a software development-related field is considered a big plus, enhancing the candidate’s ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
– prior hands-on experience in a technical role (developer, project manager, or business analyst) within the software development sector is highly desirable
– prior experience working as a developer, project manager, or business analyst in the software development industry is a significant plus
– experience in business or entrepreneurship is highly regarded
