Main Responsibilities
– analyze billing data to identify trends, forecast future needs, and drive continuous improvement
– maintain communication with payment providers regarding any deviations in the passability of payment methods
– lead the billing strategy, overseeing all billing operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards
– search for new payment providers and negotiations on the terms of their integration
– collaborate closely with the finance and customer service teams to streamline processes and resolve any billing issues promptly
Mandatory Requirements
– proven track record in payment within the iGaming or betting industry. (GEO Turkey)
– availability of contacts of payment providers in the Turkey gambling market
– strong leadership skills to motivate and guide a team towards excellence
– excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
– familiarity with various payment systems and currencies
– a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
