We are seeking a skilled and experienced Backend Developer with at least 4 years of professional experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development, a deep understanding of databases, and proficiency with modern cloud technologies. This role is suited for individuals who excel in a remote team environment and are passionate about creating robust, efficient backend solutions.

Main Responsibilities

– Develop and maintain scalable backend systems using Node.js

– Design and implement serverless architectures leveraging AWS services (Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, StepFunctions)

– Ensure efficient database design and query optimization

– Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate APIs with user-facing components

– Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code

– Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance

– Maintain clear and open communication in a remote team setting

Mandatory Requirements

– Minimum of 5-6 years of professional experience with backend development

– Strong proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript

– Expertise in AWS services (Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB, StepFunctions)

– Strong understanding of database design and optimization

– Familiarity with version control systems

– Experience with Serverless framework

– Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative, remote team setting

– Detail-oriented with a passion for crafting high-quality code

Preferred Qualifications

– Frontend development experience with Angular is a strong plus
