VIP Sales Manager

Our partner, an international iGaming company specializing in identifying and developing promising entertainment markets, employs over 500 professionals across 20+ locations and operates in 10 countries, serving more than 300,000 clients, is looking for a VIP Sales Manager who excels at working with premium clients, closing high-value deals, and building long-term relationships. Main Responsibilities
– Maintaining and updating information on clients assigned to the manager
– Working with separate brands and their metrics
– Outgoing communications (messengers/letters/calls)
– Customizing of personalized bonus offers for customer requests.
Mandatory Requirements
– Experience in the same position from 1 year
– Proven experience with I-Gaming
– Knowledge of Excel.
– Understanding of basic CRM metrics
– Strong communication skills
– Multitasking
– Attention to details
– Independent decision-making.
