Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Overview
We`re looking for a VP of Sales & Marketing with experience working with clients in the defence, UAV, and robotics sectors. Build processes from scratch and enjoy complete freedom in a product that already has major clients in the market. Remote, no bureaucracy, high salary.
Main Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a global sales and marketing strategy focused on Europe and North America, aligned with the company’s growth objectives
– Lead business development initiatives in embedded vision and AI-based imaging platforms, with a primary focus on Defense, UAV, Robotics, and industrial applications
– Build and manage scalable commercial operations — including sales networks, marketing infrastructure, and regional partnerships
– Identify and cultivate strategic relationships with OEMs, defense contractors, and system integrators in relevant technology sectors
– Leverage established contacts and develop new connections within the Defense and Military technology ecosystem to accelerate market penetration
– Oversee targeted marketing and branding activities (digital, events, PR) to strengthen visibility and lead generation
– Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and customer engagements, ensuring consistent brand and product positioning
– Collaborate with engineering, product, and marketing teams to align client requirements with product capabilities and market trends
– Manage the complete sales cycle, from opportunity identification to negotiation and contract closure
– Track key metrics, maintain accurate forecasts, and provide market insights to inform strategic decisions
Mandatory Requirements
– 10+ years of experience in sales, marketing, and business development within embedded vision, imaging, or AI-based technology domains
– Proven success in Defense and Military technology sectors, with an established professional network
– Strong understanding of Embedded Vision, imaging systems, and AI/ML-based solutions
– Demonstrated ability to build and scale commercial frameworks — sales teams, marketing functions, and go-to-market processes
– Experience driving complex B2B sales with OEMs, integrators, and government clients
– Solid marketing expertise, including strategy, branding, lead generation, and participation in international exhibitions
– Strategic mindset combined with hands-on execution skills
– Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation capabilities
– Willingness to travel internationally as needed (approximately 30–40%)
