Main Responsibilities
– Architect, design, and maintain technical solutions across projects
– Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for clean, maintainable code
– Collaborate with DevOps to enhance infrastructure: CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and reliability
– Develop and improve APIs and ensure data integrity and security
– Investigate, propose, and implement technical solutions for business needs
– Mentor and support the professional growth of the development team
– Manage task planning, decomposition, and team workflows
– Proactively handle system incidents and ensure uninterrupted service.
Mandatory Requirements
– 2+ years of experience as a Team Lead
– 5+ years of backend development experience, with at least 4+ years in Node.js
– Proven expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, NestJS, PHP (admin panels), and modern database design (PostgreSQL, Redis, OpenSearch, ElastiCache)
– Experience with message brokers: RabbitMQ
– Familiarity with cloud and on-premise environments, especially AWS
– Experience with tools like GitLab, TeamCity, ArgoCD, Grafana, Prometheus
– Experience in designing and developing database schemas
– Strong leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of guiding teams.
