Solutions Services Engineer
Main Responsibilities
— Work closely with the Project Manager to understand client projects and system installations
— Configure client accounts, system settings, integrations, and other parameters according to their needs
— Create and modify content based on client customizations
— Test all processes end-to-end (E2E) to ensure proper system functionality
— Onboard new clients: demonstrate the platform, guide them through setup, and ensure a smooth go-live
— Explain technical details to clients in a clear and simple way
— Support future automation of manual configuration and testing processes
Mandatory Requirements
— Understanding of how technical products work.
— Comfortable with system configurations, parameters, integrations, and APIs (no coding required).
— Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
— Ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple way.
— Detail-oriented and capable of thorough testing.
— Experience with SaaS platforms, preferably in retail will be a plus
— Interest in automation and process optimization
