Overview

 Would you like to build a Service Desk department from scratch in a growing iGaming company?

We are looking for a specialist who wants to build own department. 

Direct work with the СТО, team recruitment, tool implementation.

Main Responsibilities

– Improve and implement service desk processes within the team

– Report to management on service desk plans and status

— Install and configure office software and hardware (PCs, laptops, printers)

— Prepare workstations for new employees and provide onboarding support

— Provide user consultations and basic troubleshooting across macOS, Linux, and Windows

— Perform manual diagnostics and repairs of devices

— Maintain and update ticketing systems (task tracking, time logging)

— Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations

Mandatory Requirements

— Proven experience in service desk environments, ideally in a senior capacity

— Strong interpersonal and communication skills — friendliness is a must! 😊

— Client-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others

— Leadership potential — able to take initiative and guide service desk processes

— Understanding of ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, Zendesk)

— Hands-on experience with installing, troubleshooting, and supporting software on macOS, Linux, and Windows

— Familiarity with modern VPN, access management, and endpoint security software

— Familiarity with Linux and Windows server environments

— Ability to work independently and follow structured processes

— Willingness to learn and grow technical skills over time

— Fluent in English (spoken and written)

 

Nice to have:

— Experience with OKTA, WARP, CrowdStrike, ManageEngine, ABM, Jamf
