We are searching for a Head of Sales or Senior
We are searching for a Business Partner – someone who wants to build, scale, and lead alongside us.

Main Responsibilities

– Drive full-cycle sales for crypto and high-risk processing solutions
– Scale the merchant base globally
– Build and nurture partnerships with PSPs, acquirers, and liquidity providers
– Develop new markets and identify strategic growth opportunities
– Work hand-in-hand with the founding team
– Influence product development and go-to-market strategy
– Become the face and leader of the sales function

Mandatory Requirements

–  3+ years of proven experience in High-Risk sales
– Deep understanding of crypto processing, payments, merchant onboarding, and risk models
– Strong, established network in high-risk verticals (crypto)
– Hands-on experience driving complex deals end-to-end
– Ability to build and maintain long-term B2B relationships with merchants, PSPs, acquirers, and partners
– Strong sense of ownership, independence, and a founder’s mindset
