Our Partner – International Fintech Company is a global player with a 5-year history, specializing in payment processing solutions for the high-risk sector. The company acts as a technical partner for product teams, helping them integrate their payment solutions into businesses worldwide through offshore acquiring.

Key Facts:

Product: A payment gateway and acquiring solution optimized for online gaming (iGaming), forex, and other high-risk verticals.
Markets: Key clients are based in Europe (Germany, UK), Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and Canada.
Format: A fully remote, international team. Internal communication is conducted in English.
Culture: The company values freedom, responsibility, and a results-oriented approach. Micromanagement and strict time tracking are not practiced. The focus is on efficiency and proactivity.

Main Responsibilities

– This is a strategic position, not a cold-calling role. Responsibilities include managing the full cycle of partnership sales:
– Handling an incoming flow of leads (the company provides a steady stream of inquiries).
– Conducting negotiations with potential clients (merchants) and partners (providers).
– Deeply analyzing client needs to quickly assess mutual fit — the company avoids lengthy, unpromising negotiations.
– Managing the full sales cycle: from initial contact to contract signing.
– Providing post-sales support for key clients on high-priority issues.
– Participating in international industry conferences (when possible).

Mandatory Requirements

Must-have:

– 2+ years of experience in B2B Lead generation within the high-risk segment or related niches (fintech, payments, iGaming, forex).
– Strong partnership negotiation skills.
– 
English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher. This is the language of internal communication and client negotiations.
– Experience in companies that resell payment services.

Nice-to-have:

– An existing network of contacts (merchants or providers) within the industry.
– Experience as an Account Manager for key clients.
– Self-sufficient lead generation skills
