Sales / Business Development Manager (Hight-Risk)
Overview
Our partner is a leading and well-established payment technology company specializing in providing sophisticated payment processing solutions for high-risk merchants globally. With over 5 years of experience in the industry, they have built a strong reputation for reliability, deep sector expertise, and a true partnership approach with their clients, primarily in the iGaming sector.
Location: Fully Remote (International Team)
Languages Required: Fluent English & Russian
Main Responsibilities
– Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities within the high-risk verticals (focus on iGaming, Gambling). Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing.
– Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key merchants. Act as a strategic partner, overseeing their onboarding and handling high-level ongoing matters post-sale.
– Conduct thorough analysis of potential clients’ needs to quickly assess fit and ensure efficient, targeted negotiations. Avoid leading non-viable opportunities to save time and resources.
– Work with a combination of company-provided leads and leverage your own network (existing merchant or provider contacts are a significant plus).
– Represent the company at international conferences and industry events (travel is expected for qualified candidates).
Mandatory Requirements
Must Have:
– Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in sales/business development within the high-risk payment processing sector (PSP, FinTech) or directly with iGaming/Gambling operators.
– Demonstrated ability to negotiate complex deals, understand client pain points, and craft mutually beneficial solutions. Goes beyond simple pitching.
– Ability to quickly understand merchant requirements and assess compatibility with the company’s services.
– Fluent English (professional proficiency) and Fluent Russian (professional proficiency).Strong Advantage:
