We are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across various industries within the European Union. Your focus will be sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent for our clients. A deep understanding of the European labor market, along with proficiency in both English and Ukrainian, is essential.

Main Responsibilities

– Manage end-to-end recruitment process for positions across the EU Zone
– Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract candidates across multiple channels
– Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments
– Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring needs
– Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles
– Provide insights on market trends, salary benchmarking, and talent availability
– Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
– Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients in a professional manner
– Maintain recruitment metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress

Mandatory Requirements

– Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the EU market
– Proven track record of successful placements in various industries
– Strong communication skills in English and Ukrainian, both written and verbal
– Strong understanding of the European labor market and employment regulations
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
– Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
– Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
– Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
