Main Responsibilities
– identify and attract new partners to expand and diversify payment solutions
– negotiate and finalize agreements with partners
– analyze and evaluate current partnerships and monitor their effectiveness
– collaborate with internal teams to integrate new payment solutions
– maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing partners
Mandatory Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
- 2+ years of business development experience in the FinTech, preferably in psp;
- Excellent communication in English (B2 and higher) — is a must;
- Understanding of KYB, compliance, corporate structuring
- Proven experience with payment systems and tools is essential.
- Successful track record of new markets entry
Skills and Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
- Knowledge of the payment solutions market and their integration into business processes.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative and a results-oriented approach.
Preferred:
- Experience working on international projects and iGaming
- Proficiency in multiple foreign languages.
- Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in payment systems.
Personal Qualities:
- High level of responsibility and attention to details
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade.
- Proactive and creative in finding new opportunities.
