Main Responsibilities

– identify and attract new partners to expand and diversify payment solutions

– negotiate and finalize agreements with partners

– analyze and evaluate current partnerships and monitor their effectiveness

– collaborate with internal teams to integrate new payment solutions

– maintain and develop long-term relationships with existing partners

Mandatory Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2+ years of business development experience in the FinTech, preferably in psp;
  • Excellent communication in English (B2 and higher) — is a must;
  • Understanding of KYB, compliance, corporate structuring
  • Proven experience with payment systems and tools is essential.
  • Successful track record of new markets entry

Skills and Competencies:

  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term partnerships.
  • Knowledge of the payment solutions market and their integration into business processes.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with initiative and a results-oriented approach.

Preferred:

  • Experience working on international projects and iGaming
  • Proficiency in multiple foreign languages.
  • Knowledge of modern technologies and trends in payment systems.

  • High level of responsibility and attention to details
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to persuade.
  • Proactive and creative in finding new opportunities.
