Overview

Do you want to work in a key position in a telecom product used by global giants around the world? We’re looking for a Product Owner / Manager for a new company direction — lots of challenges and top conditions. Nobody has left the company out of the 28 employees we hired in 3 years.

 

 

Main Responsibilities

– Drive all processes related to product definition, development, and launch
– Collaborate closely with the Head of Product to align on the product vision and core functionalities, and ensure they are communicated throughout the product development lifecycle
– Work with internal and external stakeholders to define product features based on customer needs, provide regular progress updates, and present outcomes
– Manage the product backlog: break down high-level features into user stories and tasks, define clear acceptance criteria, and prioritize effectively
– Support development teams during iterations by clarifying requirements and adjusting priorities to maximize business value
– Monitor product progress at every stage and proactively identify and mitigate risks

Mandatory Requirements

– 2-3+ years of experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager / Project Manager in an Agile environment
– Experience in B2B product management (CRM, BSS, OMS) is a strong advantage
– Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
– Technically proficient: able to grasp high-level architecture and technical concepts
– Previous experience in a software development company, ideally with a focus on web applications
– Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
– Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
– Excellent communication and presentation skills

– Analytical person who can control the details but still see the full picture
– Organized and formal so that communication will always be clear, and everyone are harnessed
– Learning and continuous improvement in nature
– Excellent communication and presentation skills (grouped into soft skills for effective stakeholder engagement, as well as technical skills, such as data-driven decision-making)
– Diplomatic and pragmatic – works with many stakeholders and drives for the optimal result
– Planning and visualization skills
