About the Project:
We are building a new fintech product with unique advantages.
PayPilot is a cutting-edge crypto-fintech payment system — ALL in ONE — Crypto, Cards, IBAN, Swift, Own Stable Coin. It’s not just an app, it’s a platform that will change the approach to finance. And now you have the chance to be part of the team that will take this product to the top.
Main Responsibilities
Brand Creation:
– Develop brand attributes
– Shape the brand’s core perception
– Build the brand’s spirit and uniqueness
Marketing Strategy:
– Create and optimize traffic funnels
– Work across all promotion channels
– Test hypotheses and develop sustainable solutions
Management and Analytics:
– Build a dream team
– Manage the brand and advertising activities
– Analyze and improve marketing results
Creativity and Production:
– Create content for various platforms
– Implement a strong, mature, professional, and inspiring SMM strategy
Mandatory Requirements
– Proven experience in product marketing, especially in fintech or blockchain
– Strong understanding of the full marketing process, including targeting, traffic generation, content creation, and paid advertising
– Experience with digital marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.)
– Ability to develop and execute product launch strategies with unique value propositions
– A passion for making an impact on the company and product, helping the team grow and move forward
– English (B1 -В2+)
