Product Marketing Manager
Overview
Our partner: A Ukrainian product & service IT company with over 11 years of history, offices in Kyiv, Lviv, and Krakow, and a team of 450+ professionals. With strong expertise in JavaScript and Salesforce, the company has been developing its own products for the past 10 years and is now launching three B2B SaaS AI solutions.
Who we are looking for
The first Product Marketing Manager to take full ownership of revenue growth (MRR) for a portfolio of AI products:
– MagicCV — a tool for instantly reformatting resumes into a corporate template.
– MagicScreen — a candidate scoring system based on JD + an AI agent for automated screenings.
– Invoice Generator — a decentralized system for managing invoice signing.
This is a zero-stage role: you will define how product marketing works in the company — from positioning to experiments and growth loops. As the portfolio grows, there is a clear path to the position of Head of Product Marketing.
Main Responsibilities
Product Marketing & Positioning
– Define positioning, messaging, and value propositions for each product and target segment.
– Translate product capabilities into clear customer benefits and use cases.
– Own ICP, segmentation, and JTBD frameworks.
– Develop core PMM assets: messaging frameworks, landing page copy, onboarding flows, sales enablement materials.
Go-To-Market & Growth
– Build and execute GTM strategies for new launches, features, and pricing experiments.
– Partner with SEO, PPC, and SDR teams to drive trial → activation → conversion → expansion.
– Own activation, conversion, retention, and monetization hypotheses.
– Influence the product roadmap together with Product and Engineering based on market insights.
Revenue & Data Ownership
– Be accountable for MRR growth metrics (conversion, churn, LTV).
– Define and track north-star metrics for each product.
– Use data to prioritize experiments and scale what works.
Experimentation & Optimization
– Run fast, structured experiments (pricing & packaging, onboarding & activation, messaging, channels & funnels).
– Build repeatable experimentation frameworks and learning loops.
AI-First Execution
– Leverage AI tools for research, messaging, experimentation, analytics, automation.
– Continuously improve speed and quality through AI-powered workflows.
Mandatory Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in Product Marketing for digital products (SaaS, B2B/B2C applications, software platforms).
– Proven experience in end-to-end positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
– Strong understanding of funnel metrics: impact on activation, conversion, retention, and MRR.
– Hands-on experience working closely with Product, Engineering, Growth Marketing, and SDR teams.
– Data-driven mindset: ability to turn analytics into growth hypotheses and experiments.
– Experience running fast, structured experiments (messaging, onboarding, pricing, channels).
– High level of autonomy — comfortable being the first PMM and building the function from scratch.
– AI-first marketer: actively uses AI tools to improve speed and quality of work.
– English Upper-Intermediate+ (working with international markets and team).
Foundational PMM Skills:
– Market, competitor, and customer research (qual & quant).
– ICP definition, segmentation, personas, Jobs-To-Be-Done.
– Messaging frameworks and value propositions development.
– Funnel & lifecycle thinking (acquisition → activation → revenue → retention).
– Strong written communication for landing pages, onboarding, lifecycle messaging.
Tools & Platforms:
– Analytics: GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Looker or similar.
– Paid Acquisition: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads.
– Automation/Email: HubSpot, Customer.io, Braze, Intercom, Mailchimp or similar.
– Experimentation/CRO: VWO, Optimizely, Google Optimize, etc.
– Design/Collaboration: Figma, Canva, Miro, Notion.
– AI: ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, Midjourney/DALL·E or other AI tools.
Nice-to-have:
– Experience in B2B SaaS, especially PLG models.
– Experience with freemium, trial-based, or self-serve products.
– Experience supporting multiple products simultaneously.
