Project Manager (Azure)

Overview

We are looking for a Remote PM for an international company. 

Company –  a leading Microsoft partner providing cloud services in Europe and East Asia. 

A variety of client domains and a highly professional team.

Main Responsibilities

We are not looking for a statistician or a mere process observer. We expect our Project Manager to be a proactive leader who understands that the core function of the PM role is to ensure real delivery and tangible project outcomes. Success in this position means driving the team towards the final result, overcoming obstacles, and taking responsibility for the actual implementation and completion of initiatives.

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years of experience managing IT projects (preferably as a Project Manager)

– Practical knowledge of modern project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)

– Experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Trello, MS Project, etc.)

– Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform (project delivery, migration, integration, or management of Azure-based solutions)

– Proficiency in preparing documentation: requirements, plans, regulations, presentations

– Excellent communication skills, ability to listen and negotiate

– Strong skills in risk analysis, process optimization, and conflict resolution

– Responsibility, independence, and ability to work in a multitasking environment
