Main Responsibilities
– Develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS services
– Provide day-to-day guidance and mentorship to a small development team (2-3 developers)
– Collaborate closely with the team leader and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment on technical approaches and product development
– Perform code reviews, reinforce best practices, and optimize application performance
– Support the planning and execution of tasks, balancing individual coding responsibilities with team management
– Maintain strong communication and collaboration within the team and across the broader organization
Mandatory Requirements
– At least 6 years of professional full-stack development experience
– Solid experience with Angular, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and AWS (Lambda, Cognito, DynamoDB)
– Experience working in agile environments, with familiarity in version control systems and serverless architecture
– Proven ability to mentor team members and foster collaborative teamwork
– Strong problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
– Hands-on experience with building scalable SaaS applications
– Familiarity with performance optimization and testing
– Experience in mentoring or leading a small development team
