Junior Account Manager

Overview

We are an agency dedicated to helping our partners find top-tier professionals. Currently, one of our partners, a successful company in the iGaming industry, is seeking a Junior Account Manager who is eager to grow in the field of account management.

– A team of more than 90 professionals, continuously growing
– Two strategically located offices in Europe

Main Responsibilities

– Communicating with clients via email, Skype, and Telegram to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide updates on services

– Client support: assisting in account management, resolving issues, and providing consultations on the company’s products

– Maintaining client documentation: recording all interactions, agreements, and feedback in a CRM system (Jira)

– Tracking and analyzing key metrics: monitoring progress toward financial goals

– Conducting basic market research to identify new trends and competitor activity

Mandatory Requirements

– 1+ years of experience in the iGaming industry, preferably in an Account Management role

– Confidence in working with clients and a focus on meeting their needs

– Ability to effectively organize your work, maintain accuracy in documentation, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

– Quick learning skills, ability to analyze information, and work with data

– Basic understanding of CRM systems (Jira or equivalents)

– English proficiency sufficient for business correspondence and communication with clients (B2+)
