Implementation Specialist

Now imagine if a store could remember your preferences. The company builds smart retail stores using screens, sensors, and analytics. Their clients include Nike, L’Oréal, Coca-Cola, and others.
We’re looking for a Implementation Specialist. This is not a traditional QA position.
The role combines: Client implementation, Hands-on QA testing, Documentation
You will work directly with our system, configure client setups, test new features, and help structure knowledge for users.
Main Responsibilities
Client Implementation
— Onboard new clients into the system
— Configure flows, creatives, logic blocks
— Insert and align required code structures
— Execute repetitive technical tasks with high accuracy
Manual QA Testing
— Test new features before and after release
— Validate use cases and edge scenarios
— Identify inconsistencies and usability issues
— Ensure proper functionality after implementation
— This is practical system testing, not code review.
Documentation
— Create clear how-to guides in English
— Document new features
— Structure internal and client-facing instructions
Mandatory Requirements
— Good English, both written and spoken
— Strong attention to detail
— Technical mindset
— Fast learner, able to explore systems independently
— Reliable and precise
— Honest and transparent in communication
Nice to Have
— Basic understanding of SaaS platforms
— Experience with Jira, Slack, or similar tools
— Curiosity about product and system logic
