Head of Social Media (Crypto/Fintech Industry)

We are currently seeking a Head of Social Media to lead and develop our social media strategy across multiple markets, including Poland and the UK
Main Responsibilities
– Develop and execute a content plan for social media aligned with brand goals
– Create educational videos, memes, and trend-driven visuals
– Engage with the community, respond to messages, and foster a positive brand image
– Track, analyze, and optimize content performance using metrics and feedback
– Collaborate with the team to create cross-channel marketing campaigns
– Stay updated on social media trends and integrate them into strategies
– Prepare regular reports on KPIs and suggest improvements
Mandatory Requirements
– 3–5 years of experience in SMM, preferably in crypto or fintech projects
– Ability to create short educational video content, memes, and manage communities
– Proficiency in graphic design and video editing tools: Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci, or CapCut
– Strong understanding of crypto and fintech industries, trends, and audience behavior
– Creativity, teamwork, responsibility, and adaptability to new challenges
– Up-to-date with trends and skilled at turning them into engaging content
– Advanced understanding of social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram
– English level B2 or higher
Will be a plus:
– Prior experience in managing international crypto/fintech campaigns
– Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (e.g., MidJourney, ChatGPT, DALL·E)
– Knowledge of storytelling and visual communication strategies
– Ability to speak confidently on camera for creating engaging video content
