Main Responsibilities

Role Overview
– Lead Krakow studio, reporting to COO and CEO
– Deep expertise in live casino development
– Strong relationship-building and influencing skills
– Ensure on-time, quality project delivery, and budget management

– Implement a roadmap and execution plan with the Product Owner
– Plan and execute game show development
– Track project quality, delivery, and financial status

Product Development
– Validate and audit development plans
– Conduct plan reviews, and ensure consistent delivery
– Own alignment of studio requirements, resolve escalations

Business Management
– Plan development budget with finance partners
– Establish a conducive work environment, and measure quality
– Drive process improvement for quality product delivery

Mandatory Requirements

– 3+ years of live casino studio management
– Successful project delivery in live casino games
– Proficient in project and risk management
– Experience in complex project solutions
– Knowledge of online casino game development is a plus
– Understanding “software as a service” is a plus
