Main Responsibilities
– Preparation of PL reports (plan/actual)
– Preparation of Balance sheets (preliminary stage)
– Preparation of Cash Flow reports (plan/actual)
– Preparation of budget and financial forecasting
– Checking and analyzing transactions for reporting purposes
– Conducting transactions to accrue income and expenses
– Other functional responsibilities related to management reporting and report preparation
– Analysis of project and account profitability
– Identifying cost-reduction opportunities
– Providing insights into the financial health of the organization
– Control over the preparation of invoices, and timely submission to auditors for audit report preparation
– Checking the accuracy of invoice data, and reconciliation with accounting systems
– Communication with auditors on all related issues
– VAT control
– Verification of audit reports
– Execution of payments, communication with banks, and preparation of responses to requests
– Control of the payment block (statuses/transactions)
– Preparation of the payment calendar and monitoring of its implementation
Mandatory Requirements
– Experience in the position of financial manager/financial director/deputy financial director for at least 5 years
– Experience working with banks in the EU
– Experience with payment systems: Payoneer, Paypal, Revolut
– Experience with audit reporting (EU); interaction with auditors on reporting preparation
– Experience in preparing PL, CF, Balance, Budgeting and forecasting
– Confident knowledge of financial and management accounting principles
– English B1+ (communication with auditors, banks, clients)
– Experience in IT at least 3 years
– Higher education (finance, economics, accounting and auditing)
– Projects and accounts profitability analysis
– Providing insights into the financial health of the organization
