Employer Branding Specialist
Overview
We’re looking for a proactive Employer Branding Specialist to develop and promote TechMagic’s employer brand, helping us attract and retain top talent.
Main Responsibilities
– Be responsible for the company’s presence on the candidate market (career page, social media, job platforms, external channels); monitor and adjust our positioning
– Proactively propose, create, and implement new ideas to increase employer brand awareness
– Collaborate closely with the Recruitment team to support hiring for challenging roles
– Manage our social media pages by coordinating with the Content Maker and Designer, approving content and visuals, and publishing final posts with basic performance tracking
– Fully manage volunteering initiatives end-to-end, including idea generation, partner collaboration, execution, and promotion
– Measure the impact of employer branding activities using basic metrics, analytics, and feedback
– Regularly conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities in employer branding
– Build and manage collaborations with influencers, bloggers, and other relevant partners to strengthen and expand our employer brand presence
Team & collaboration
– You will work closely with HR, Recruitment, and LnD teams
– A part-time Content Maker and a part-time Designer will support content creation and execution
Interview stages:
- Call with Recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
- Test task
- Interview with HRD and Head of Recruitment and Employer Branding (1 hour)
Mandatory Requirements
– 1–2 years of hands-on experience in employer branding, HR, talent marketing, general marketing, or communications
– Experience working with employer brand or hiring-related channels: career page, LinkedIn, job platforms, or similar
– Experience creating or supporting content: writing posts, preparing texts, reviewing visuals, or coordinating content with others
– Proactive attitude to work, willingness to take ownership, and see tasks through from idea to execution
– Focus on measurable outcomes of employer branding activities (reach, engagement, candidate feedback)
– Ability to manage several tasks at the same time and meet deadlines
– English level: Intermediate strong or higher
