Customer support representative
Overview
We are looking for employees with knowledge of Turkish and English/Russian languages to advise clients in written channels of communication.
We are actively developing and expanding the customer support representative team.
Main Responsibilities
– learn all the necessary information given for work
– help customers through live support (chats, instant messengers and emails, possible hotline or outgoing calls in the future)
– handle customer inquiries appropriately and provide a high level of service
– be ready to work at night
– interact with other departments to resolve issues
– always improve quality and quantity of service
Mandatory Requirements
– knowledge of Turkish and English/(or)Russian languages (starting from B2 level for both languages)
– good written and spoken communication skills in both of these languages
– empathy, be able to multitask, stress tolerance, responsibility, and focus on development and results
– excellent basic computer skills
– ability to work from personal laptop for the first 2 weeks of work during training
