Overview

Would you like to be the first in-house CRM in a fast-growing prop-trading product?
We are looking for a data-driven CRM manager to develop this area.
Top conditions, reporting to the CEO, opportunity of growing to Lead.

 

As our founding CRM Manager, you will be a strategic leader and a hands-on executor responsible for the entire customer communication lifecycle. Your primary focus will be optimizing our funnels and maximizing customer lifetime value (CLV) through targeted, compelling, and measurable campaigns across various channels

Main Responsibilities

– Strategy & Segmentation: Design and execute a sophisticated customer segmentation strategy based on behavioral, demographic, and transactional data to create high-impact, personalized customer journeys.

– Funnels & Automation: Develop, implement, and rigorously optimize automated funnels (Welcome, Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Retention, Winback, etc.) for each customer segment.

– Content Creation: Write, design, and deploy compelling, on-brand content for email, SMS, and other direct channels, ensuring copy is impactful, clear, and drives action.

– Testing & Optimization: Establish a rigorous A/B testing framework for content, subject lines, send times, and audience segments to continuously assess and improve campaign performance metrics.

– Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance, customer behavior data, and funnel metrics. Report key insights, recommendations, and results to the leadership team, focusing on CLV and ROI.

– Scale & Team Building: As the company grows, this role is expected to evolve into a leadership position, defining the future strategy and building out a high-performing CRM team.

Mandatory Requirements

– 5+ years of hands-on experience managing and executing CRM campaigns, ideally for a high-growth company or startup.

– Deep expertise with a leading CRM such as Klaviyo, Omnisend, ActiveCampaign, or similar platform.

– Proven track record in developing sophisticated customer segmentation models and designing multi-channel automation flows/funnels.

– Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling, impactful, and brand-aligned content for email and SMS/text.

– Obsession with data, testing, and optimization: You instinctively look for ways to improve metrics and have experience running rigorous A/B and multivariate tests.

– Strong analytical skills with proficiency in drawing actionable insights from large datasets.

– English level – Very high proficiency, close to native.
