Contract Logistic Customer Manager
Main Responsibilities
– manage and develop the Contract Logistic customers (business negotiations, e-mailing, signing the contracts, etc.)
– continuously cultivate growth opportunities with existing customers
– be responsible for driving the profit contribution according to budget strategy
– manage the team of logistic administrative specialists
– understand the customer’s business environment, strategies and needs, and provide the best solution to support their business
– cooperate with all related DB Schenker departments and colleagues locally and globally
– to report to the Head of Сontract Logistics
– generate improvements within the existing processes
– be ready for business trips within Ukraine and eventually abroad
Mandatory Requirements
– to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Contract Logistic in international companies
– to be able to develop CL business in Ukraine
– to be self-driven and a good team player
– to take initiative & responsibility
– to have the solid English skills – both verbal and written (not less than upper intermediate level)
– continues improvement mindset
– to have a driving license – B
