Main Responsibilities
— Lead and inspire all the dev teams of the company
— Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems
— Interact with business stakeholders, communicating requirements, and dealing with contradictions
— Oversee the entire product development lifecycle
— Identify problems, find innovative solutions, think critically, and work under pressure
— Develop and execute the company’s technology strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving innovation across all product areas
— Define the long-term technical vision, ensuring that our platform remains cutting-edge, scalable, and capable of supporting the company’s growth
— Lead, mentor, and build high-performance engineering teams. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
— Oversee the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency
— Work closely with business leaders to translate business needs into technical solutions. Ensure that the technology meets both current and future needs of the business
— Supervise the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and planning to execution and iteration. Ensure smooth delivery of high-quality products on time
— Identify opportunities for technological innovation and improvements in development processes. Establish and track key performance metrics
— Oversee the identification of technological risks and the development of mitigation strategies. Ensure robust security practices are in place
— Ensure that systems are designed to scale and perform under high traffic loads, while maintaining high reliability and uptime

— Excellent ability to collaborate with stakeholders, manage expectations, and drive results under pressure
