Main Responsibilities

— Assisting B2B clients with any questions related to FIAT products;
— Resolving B2B clients inquiries;
— Maintaining records and reports;
— Collaborating with the team to ensure excellent service;
— Quickly and effectively resolving B2B clients issues, offering alternative solutions;
— Monitoring the status of open requests until their resolution;
— Analyzing common B2B clients inquiries and suggesting improvements for products or processes;
— Keeping records of B2B clients interactions in compliance with internal company policies;
— Relaying important customer feedback that could impact product or service development.

Mandatory Requirements

— Proficient user of Google tools (Docs, Sheets, etc.) and Atlassian products;
— Strong communication skills;
— Ability to learn quickly and process large volumes of information;
— Customer-oriented approach;
— Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities;
— Willingness to grow and deepen knowledge;
— Understanding of payment systems and their functioning principles;
— Basic knowledge of financial operations (payments, refunds, transaction verification);
— Basic understanding of the KYB process;
— Basic understanding of business structures, terminology and business approaches in the crypto sphere.
